Grayson is the founder and Managing Partner of Sugarhouse Capital Partners. Prior to founding the firm, he was instrumental in raising over $350mm in LP capital, deployed across various structured finance and private real estate offerings. He has extensive experience in fund management, capital markets, and deal structuring. He holds a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Utah.
